Technology can need attention anytime, so we offer all of our services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Our normal business hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Monday through Saturday Extended-hours service is 5 p.m. to 9 a.m. weekdays. Service on Saturdays and Sundays is always available. Count on Nkanyezi Computer Services to be there whenever your systems need attention.
Phone Support
We can fix many problems over the telephone. Just call us with the problem. If we can't fix it on the phone we will send a technician to your site. We offer expert on-site or in-shop computer repairs, upgrades, installs, maintenance, virus removal, new-system sales, networking, service and support. What makes Nkanyezi Computer Services different from other computer companies is you pay only for hours actually worked.
On-site Labor Rate
On-site service is billed at R135.00 per hour.
